This site is operated by ESTECH vl. Šakušić Ermin, based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We use it to receive and respond to QA pilot inquiries. This notice covers the inquiry site, not data processed during a separately agreed client engagement.

What we collect

The form stores your name, email, optional company and website, message, inquiry reference, and submission time. Temporary form tokens and hashed network-address identifiers help limit spam. Do not send credentials or sensitive customer data.

How we use it

We use the information to assess your inquiry, contact you about it, and manage the conversation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a mailing list, place an order, or authorize a charge.

Who can access it

The Estech site operator can view the team inbox. The website hosting and storage providers process the data to operate the site. This site runs on OpenAI Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare storage. Inquiry contents are not intentionally sent to a language model for automated analysis.

Retention and requests

We review unconverted inquiries for deletion after 90 days. You can request access, correction, or deletion using the form below. We may need to verify that you control the email associated with the inquiry before sharing or deleting records. Operational records required by an agreed engagement may follow separate terms.

Cookies and site operation

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting services may use necessary technical data. The restricted team inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in; visitors can submit an inquiry without creating an account.
